Refund & Cancellation

• In case the company is compelled to cancel any tour program than the total amount deposited will be refunded by A/C Payee cheque or NEFT Only.
• Refund will not be given, if company is compelled to change or curtail the tour program due to any reasons like natural calamities, Train / Air Accident, Any Political Incident or other any reason which are beyond the control of Tour Operator.
• Refund will not be granted if tourist cancel the tour program during tour or if Tourist found doing any activities which provoke tour routine will be compelled to terminate the journey.
• If Guest cancels the tour, then cancellation Charges will be charged as per Cancellation Rules and refund will be processed by A/C Payee Cheque or NEFT Only if any.
